Since 1999 Sivaya yoga studio in Pretoria is teaching Hatha yoga; based on 3rd, 4th, and 5th limbs of Astanga Yoga. It is a comprehensive set of physical, mental, and breathing exercises; 17 classes per week from Monday to Sunday, unlimited access for monthly or yearly members. There is all day free parking for customers of Glen Gables. Please drive in, we are at the back of the building of Block-A. Please park next to the Studio. You can enter 'Glen Gables ' via Lynnwood Rd (M6) or January Masilela Rd (M33) . You must drive thru the East-gate (near to January Masilela Rd) to reach back of the building of Block A. The security must open the gate for you. You can't get access via North-gate (near to Lynnwood Rd).
