Breathless is the culmination of years of practicing various breathing protocols and holistic well-being methods. It is a coming together of like-minded souls in a safe environment to embark on a journey together.
Combining ancient breathwork techniques with revolutionary neuroscience and studies into human potential, we believe that by learning to become aware of our breath and how it impacts on us, we can influence our health, our mental state, the way we feel, the way we move and ultimately, the way we live.
During our expeditions, workshops and instructor trainings, we will lead you through the process of getting to know your breath from a scientific perspective, and also, letting you experience in your own flesh what science can’t explain: how it feels like to let your breath set you free.
Deepening our connection to nature, each other and to who we really are at our core. Of letting go and being alive. Sharing the tools, knowledge and experience from some of the world’s most renowned breathwork experts, to apply in everyday life so that we can learn how to live in the space between each breath.
