Dr. Jean-Max Jean-Pierre is a Board-Certified Periodontist with expertise in dental implants, surgical and non-surgical periodontics, laser periodontal therapy, regenerative procedures and periodontal plastic surgery. Dr. Jean-Pierre received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Meharry Medical College in 2003, being honorably awarded for outstanding achievements in Periodontics. He completed his periodontal specialty training at the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2006, where he received his Certificate of Specialty in Periodontics as well as his Master of Dental Science Degree. He has also served as an Associate Clinical Professor at his Alma Mater. Your overall health is important to Dr. Jean-Pierre. Dr. Jean-Pierre provides excellent periodontal care to his patients to promote better oral health and comprehensive wellness. As an author of the book ” Your Mouth, Your Life” his passion is patient satisfaction and education about oral health’s connection to whole-body health. He continues to demonstrate noteworthy drive and motivation in professional developments, self-evaluation, and decisive review of therapy results, as he utilizes the latest technology and treatment modalities to better oral health, as well as overall health. Dr. Jean-Pierre is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Southern Academy of Periodontology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health. When not providing periodontal and overall patient care, Dr. Jean-Pierre enjoys spending time with his wife Daisy and three daughters.
