We provide:
1. Injected Plastic Reusable Packaging:
- Stackable plastic containers: the boxes can be made from new or recycled materials and can be customized with the following features: closed handles, top edge, label holder, internal dunnage, hinged or removable lids, seals, screen-printed markings, etc. All are customizable.
- Plastic pallets: made of injected plastic as this ensures precise dimensions and long life. They offer increased protection against shocks and vibrations, ensure the stability of stacks and quick manipulation all around.
- Foldable Large Containers: the range of foldable large containers, created through precision injection molding, caters to a multitude of industries, including automotive, electronics, logistics, textiles, food and beverage, chemical, medical, and waste management.
- Flatpacs: big foldable boxes made from Duraflex/triplex material with a lid. Lighter than injected plastic foldables, they are composed of a base pallet and a lightweight foldable sleeve.
2. Customized Packaging:
- Corrugated plastic dividers and internal separators: the corrugated plastic separators are suitable for both large, sensitive items and smaller parts that must avoid bulk packing. They effectively manages humidity, while also offering thermal and sound insulation properties.
- Textile separators: they offer ergonomic packaging solutions, primarily serving the automotive industry. Each set of internal textile separators is tailor-designed to meet the specific needs of individual logistic projects.
- Foam Packaging and Dunnage Inserts: foam packaging keeps items safe and secure during transport. Ensuring stability inside their packaging, foam solutions are essential for securing items throughout the logistic chain and into the hands of the end-user. This packaging method is common for cosmetics, medicines, and industrial tools.
- Steel racks: commonly used in returnable packaging, are constructed from robust metal frames. They come in various sizes and are equipped with a diverse range of inserts and separators, such as non-woven textile materials (TNT, Spunbond, Astonika, Evolon, Tyvek, raffia, PVC) and various types of foam (EPP, PU, EPDM, EPE, XPE, EVA), thermoformed trays, cellular plastic, Duraflex, used as such or laminated in various combinations.
- Reusable Pallet Wraps: they represent a sustainable and cost-effective alternative, designed to protect both your products and the environment. Made in Romania, these wraps are engineered to protect your palletized goods effectively, offering a lifespan of approximately five years. Beyond safeguarding your products, they streamline the pallet wrapping process, ultimately saving valuable time.
