Scaffa, DDS Dr. Matthew Thomas Scaffa graduated from New York University in 1985 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) and has been working as a dentist on Staten Island, NY, for nearly 30 years. Before attending dental school, he completed his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at Stony Brook University.
