I work with beginners who are just getting started, adults looking to regain strength and mobility, and youth athletes, including baseball and basketball players, who want to improve performance while staying healthy. For younger athletes, the focus is on proper movement patterns, strength development, coordination, and injury prevention, creating a strong foundation that supports both sport and everyday life.
