We started because the package model failed us first. Ali, our founder, booked a Turkey trip through a Karachi agency. They wouldn't add a single extra day in Cappadocia. Couldn't name one halal restaurant. Went silent after payment. He came back frustrated and talked to Rahat, his wife and co-founder, a former Qatar Airways professional who understood the travel industry from the inside. She said it plainly: "They're not in the travel business. They're in the reselling business." That conversation became Zaviamo.
We don't sell packages. We never have. The package model is built for the agency's convenience, not your family's experience. A fixed itinerary can't flex for your kids' ages, your dietary needs, your pace, or the extra day you want somewhere that actually moved you.
Here's how we work. You tell us where you want to go, who's coming, what matters to you, and what your budget looks like. We build your trip around that. Hotels our team has personally vetted. Restaurants we'd actually recommend to our own families. Logistics handled before you board, not sorted out on the ground. And if something comes up at 11pm the night before your flight, you message us directly on WhatsApp. Not a call center. Ali or Rahat.
