The 160 model also features a high compression ratio version for denser spring production. Kimkoo’s pocket spring assembly machines include both automatic and semi-automatic options: the automatic assembly machine can connect with 1, 2, or up to 3 pocket spring coiling machines to form a flexible pocket spring production line, while the semi-automatic version connects with a single coiling machine.

The production begins with wire being precisely coiled into springs by the coiling head, followed by knotting at both ends of each spring. The springs then undergo heat treatment to ensure durability and elasticity. After that, they are transferred onto a conveyor where they are neatly arranged in rows. Once aligned, the system automatically pushes the spring rows forward, inserting steel wire through the aligned springs to connect them into a unified Bonnell spring unit.
