Terms of Service: Profile Link Creation and Promotion
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the creation and promotion of profile links on various web platforms. The following rules apply to all platforms listed on the Profile Links Creation page. By placing an order for services on that page, the Client expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Profile Creation and Management
1.1 To create or promote a profile containing a link, Bizpages will assign a virtual promoter, including a biography, photographs, and other relevant personal data. By placing an order, the Client consents to identifying this persona in a capacity related to the Client's business, including, but not limited to, the following roles:
a social activist or volunteer;
a temporary assistant or intern;
a temporary SEO promoter;
a hired business promoter.
1.2 Profiles will be created using a registration email address associated with the Bizpages.org domain. Bizpages.org retains exclusive control over the login credentials and shall maintain access to and the operational status of the created profile using said email address.
1.3 Following creation, the profile may be used to conduct promotional activities in support of other profiles. These activities may include, but are not limited to, adding reactions, follows, likes, subscriptions, or utilizing other interactive tools as made available by the hosting platform.
1.4 Subject to Section 1.5, the initial information submitted for the profile, including weblinks, biography, location, and industry, will remain unchanged for the Lifetime of the profile. For the purposes of these Terms, "Lifetime" means any period of time during which the profile remains accessible to the public on the hosting platform.
1.5 The Client acknowledges that Bizpages has no control over the policies of the third-party hosting platforms. Any changes to a hosting platform's terms of service, algorithms, or technical infrastructure that result in the suspension, cancellation, demonetization, alteration of design, removal of data or links, or the assignment of "nofollow" or "noindex" attributes to links, are beyond the control of Bizpages. Consequently, Bizpages disclaims all liability for any such actions or events.
1.6 Should the Client request the cancellation of a created profile for any reason, Bizpages shall remove all references to the Client from the profile, including the business name, logos, weblinks, and any other identifying data. Bizpages may, at its sole discretion, keep the profile active as a placeholder or repurpose it. The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information to facilitate such changes. Failure to provide necessary information within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays or the inability to complete the requested cancellation.
