We had problems in measuring our FM contract in a way that was fair and reasonable to both ourselves as a client and to our TFM supplier. We appointed Evbex to resolve this problem as an independent adviser and facilitator to work between ourselves and our FM supplier. The KPI model proposed by Evbex was not only SMART and fit for purpose, it also enabled us to measure the aspects of the contract and service that matters to us in an objective way that is now fair to both parties. It means that we spend our management meetings constructively and not arguing over matters that are not so important after all. We are able to manage by exception and this makes us far more efficient as an outcome. We are very pleased.

Evbex QVi model was great in identifying gaps we had against best practices in our FM strategy and operations.
