Mr. Pradeep Kumar spent 25+ years perfecting one of the most demanding food operations in the world — airline catering. At Air India's IGI Airport kitchen, precision wasn't optional: meals had to be on-spec, on-time, and flawlessly safe for thousands of passengers on 35+ airlines daily.
In 2015, he founded ProKitchens with a simple belief: every restaurant, hotel, and cloud kitchen in India deserves the same level of professional, compliant, precision-engineered kitchen infrastructure that airlines demand.
