CrossFit F15 is a gym based in Malta (Msida) which offer fully coached classes of CrossFit, Strength, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Conditioning, Flexibility, Team workout & more. You will definitely not get bored with us! Our classes are suitable to any level of fitness as each class offer 3 levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced. We are experience to run group classes with mixed level and we can scale any movements and adapt workout to everyone's level. Joining us is also being part of an awesome community and push yourself more while having a great time. We use a mobile app called Resawod to book your classes and get your membership.
